ART EXHIBITION: COASTAL IMPRESSIONS IN OIL
Coast Impressions in Oil Exhibition starting 15 August 2013 in the Naval-Memorial in Laboe

Friedrich Moeller presents his impressive paintings the third time in the region of Kiel. Friedrich Moellers - Coastal Impressions in oil Exhibition starting 15 August 2013 at the German Naval Memorial in Laboe.

Moller was a student of a famous painter from Osnabrueck. Draftet for the Navy he became a radar mixer on speed patrol boats in the young German Bundesmarine. In the Navy, he is well known for his deadpan humor.

With his enigmatic, but never hurtful cartoons as "Paul Sinker" he reflects the way of many mariners.

After service in the Navy he made his way back to his home, the Osnabrueck region.
Besides his work as a professional consultant at the labor department, his passion to paint was reborn.
Moellers concentrates the topics of his works on sea, coast and northern Germann landscapes.
He paints mostly in oil, but he also uses other techniques. He sees the world with his eyes. Nothing is exaggerated or abstracted.

He is interested in sections of houses, the sea or a landscape. He gets inpired by the things which are surrounding us and often stay unnoticed.

As already mentioned, Friedrich Moellers has gone to sea for many years.
His relationship to the nature and it's elements are the determining part of his life and his works.

His professional handling of brush and color gives him the ability to succeed  also with very difficult topics.

From the 15 August you also have the chance to get a impression of Moellers works and to talk to the artist personally.
